Definition: Estimated percentage of women with a live birth who before age 14 had to move because of problems paying rent or mortgage, by maternal age (e.g., among California women ages 15-19 with a live birth in 2013-2014, an estimated 23.1% had moved because of problems paying rent or mortgage).
